Shipping

We aim to process and pack your order as quickly as possible.

All orders placed before 2pm Monday to Friday are shipped the same day using An Post Parcel Post. This means that for all Irish orders your package is likely to be with you the following day. Please remember that An Post do not deliver on a Sunday.

For incorrect orders, faulty goods or damaged goods please email: hello@vapeon.ie within 30 days of purchase. Where goods are found to be faulty or damaged you are entitled to replacement goods, please note that all items including packaging must be returned.

If you change your mind after payment please be aware that as a company we adhere to a statutory cooling-off period of 14 days. Again, please get in touch within 14 days and we will be happy to offer you a full refund providing goods are sent back to us unopened and unused.

*Please Note: Damages or Faults caused through incorrect use of kits, liquids or accessories will render any warranty null and void. These products are intended solely for adult use and with the accessories or liquids supplied by us.

If you are returning faulty or damaged goods to us, then please send them to the address provided by customer support.
